Jobtailor seeks a seasoned HR leader to provide leadership and HR business partnership for the Midwest Region, advise senior leadership, and drive strategic people initiatives.

You will design organization structure, manage change, talent reviews, and partner with Centers of Excellence to attract and retain talent while advancing enterprise-wide HR strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in an HR generalist role.
• Strong organization capability/organization development experience.
• Change management experience.
• Talent management experience.
• Experience using HR technology and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, OD, or related business field
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives
• Proven ability to partner, communicate, and consult effectively with executive and senior-level leadership
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Travel 50-70%, depending on business needs

• Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives and projects
• Contribute to and help lead US HR strategy work in partnership with the US Sector HRVP
