- Develop and own the short-to-midterm performance management strategy within a broader talent system
- Establish KPIs, evolve performance standards, create continuous listening loops, and develop performance metrics
- Design, deploy, and refine calibration governance, performance reviews, performance standards input, continuous feedback, and goal-setting infrastructure
- Execute solutions in partnership with HRBPs across the teammate lifecycle
- Partner with Total Rewards to connect performance calibration and evaluation with merit and bonus cycles
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners, and People Insights & Analytics
- Establish connections with Internal Mobility and Talent Planning to support future-role development
- Solve challenges, deliver innovations, and communicate with senior executives and front-line teammates
- Report to the Sr. Director of Talent Management
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy development, managing a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, scaled deployments, change management, and cross-functional leadership
- Experience managing a direct report while driving results through a matrixed staffing structure
- Proven track record of shaping strategy, navigating ambiguity, and creating alignment with executives and key stakeholders on undefined problems
- Demonstrated ability to oversee large-scale, multi-phased strategic initiatives, leveraging project management support to balance high-level vision with tactical delivery
- Ability to drive organizational transformation and anticipate roadblocks
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages and influence decision-making at all levels
- Familiarity with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday
- Experience leveraging technology to scale performance management solutions
- Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred
