Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Workplace Experience leader to manage a multi-site team, own the regional employee experience strategy, and translate it into standards, service levels, and programs across offices.

You will design onsite events, collaborate with HR, IT, Security, Finance, Real Estate, and Communications, and oversee budgets, metrics, and governance of global programs to support hybrid work and employee engagement.

• Own the global Site Leader Program, including governance, recognition and compensation model, cohort development, and coordination.
• Partner with People Analytics on workplace and office-use research, location deep dives, global summaries, and hybrid work recommendations.
• Steward the global Employee Resource Group program, including governance, budget, leader development and recruitment, and new-hire onboarding integration.
• Lead belonging and manager-enablement workstreams with Learning and Talent Programs.
• Serve as senior Workplace partner to site leadership and represent employee needs in space and site decisions.

• Lead, coach, and grow a multi-site Workplace Experience team
• Own the regional employee experience strategy and translate it into standards, service levels, and programs across offices

Requirements

• Proven track record leading Workplace, Employee Experience, or Facilities functions across multiple sites or regions
• Experience building and managing a distributed team, including hiring, coaching, and performance development
• Experience leading distributed cohorts, councils, or committees through influence rather than direct reporting lines
• Fluency with workforce and engagement data, and ability to turn analysis into actionable narratives for leaders
• Demonstrated ownership of multi-site operating budgets and vendor contracts
• Experience designing and running employee events and onsite programs at scale
• Effective written and verbal communication with senior audiences
• Critical thinking paired with strong operational follow-through in a fast-changing environment
• Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams across time zones
• Experience supporting creative, gaming, or technology workforces
• Familiarity with workplace technology, space planning tools, or occupancy analytics
• Experience leading Workplace programs through growth, relocation, or office openings
• Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges
