Job summary

Allied Vision Italy in Ahrensburg near Hamburg is seeking a part-time Human Resources Business Partner (m/f/d) to advise managers, recruit specialists and drive HR processes across the employee lifecycle in a global context.

The role requires a university degree in Economics focused on HR, several years of experience, and strong knowledge of labor law. Fluency in German, French and English is essential, with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics with a focus on Human Resources.
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Sound knowledge of labor law.
• Proficient and experienced use of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel).
• Familiarity with a personnel information system.
• Very good communication skills in German, French and English and interest in working in an international environment.

Responsibilities
