Zusammenfassung

Bunton is seeking an action- and support-oriented Human Resources Manager and business partner to provide comprehensive HR support across our German sites. You will report to the HR Director and drive business effectiveness through talent management, employee relations, and payroll activities.

Based in Amberg or Dürrn, you will lead local HR activities, collaborate with business leaders, and act as a trusted strategic advisor to the management team while promoting diversity and inclusion across

Qualifikationen

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with works councils.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor law in Germany.
  • Ability to lead organizational changes and drive talent initiatives.
  • Fluent German and English, strong communication at all levels.

Aufgaben

  • Partner with management to coordinate personnel actions and create a productive work environment.
  • Identify HR challenges with the HR Director DACH and propose effective solutions.
  • Serve as main contact and build rapport with works councils.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Support management with open two-way communication and employee engagement.
  • Lead local HR projects and support regional/global initiatives.
  • Develop policies and ensure compliance with law and labor agreements.
  • Advise on pay and benefits strategy and complete benefit surveys.
  • Manage full recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee ethics program and corporate compliance activities.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies at local sites and collaborate with HR Director DACH.
  • Oversee performance management and promote diversity and inclusion.

We are looking for an action and support-oriented Human Resources Manager and business partner providing comprehensive HR support to the organization and management to achieve business goals.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be driving business effectiveness and success through Human Resources functional capabilities including, but not limited to, talent management, development, headcount management, employee relations and engagement, industrial relations, communication, reporting, compensation, analysis, and payroll. Being based in Amberg or in Dürrn, Germany, you will be responsible for all local HR activities for our sites in the region and act as a key member of our team and strategic advisor to our business leaders.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Build strong partnership with management and employees to coordinate personnel actions and create a work environment equipped to meet business needs. Provide effective and efficient customer support to employees and management.
  • Proactively identify HR challenges together with the HR Director DACH and offer solutions to create a sustainable and effective work environment.
  • Serve as main contact and build rapport with works council.
  • Provide support with organizational development and succession planning by driving Talent Management processes.
  • Uphold an active communication strategy and support management in communicating openly and two-ways with the workforce.
  • Lead local HR projects and support regional/global projects.
  • Administer and develop effective policies, procedures, and programs to uphold fair and equitable practices and ensure compliance with law and labor agreements. Interpret, advise, and counsel employees and management on policies and HR procedures.
  • Analyze and make recommendations for a competitive pay and benefits strategy.
  • Complete benefit surveys and other reporting requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment process for the organization at the local sites, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage corporate compliance programs and serve as an Ethics contact for employees.
  • Ensure consistent application of corporate and regional HR policies and procedures at the local level and closely collaborate with the HR Director DACH.
  • Oversee and manage the company’s performance management system, ensuring full compliance with local legislation.
  • Promote Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and foster a culture of equal opportunity.
For This Role, You Will Need:
  • University background, ideally in a Human Resources field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and working with works councils.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance and practices as well as experience in developing, executing and maintaining HR projects and programs.
  • Ability to navigate leaders through a variety of organizational changes.
  • Strong networking & communication skills, high level of energy and dedication.
  • Good knowledge of the labor legislation of Germany
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English. Any other languages are an asset.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost integrity.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Master’s in Human Resources or MBA.
  • HR generalist experience within in an international, matrix organization and manufacturing environment.
