Allied Vision seeks a Field Marketing Manager to develop regional marketing strategies across Germany and act as a bridge between Sales, Business Development and partners. You will plan campaigns, manage the partner portal, and design communications for strategic initiatives.

Key duties include coordinating trade shows, events, and regional materials, while aligning activities with global guidelines. Excellent English and German skills and a proactive, analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in B2B, field or partner marketing, or internal communications.
• Experience planning and executing regional marketing campaigns and projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Sales, Business Development and other teams.
• Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset.
• Experience with digital marketing, CRM and AI tools is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent English and German language skills; additional languages are an advantage.
