An international energy and commodities company is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its team in Hamburg.In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership, acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related topics in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. You will help translate business strategy into effective people solutions, support organizational design and talent strategies, guide leaders through transformation initiatives, and ensure strong employee relations in line with German employment law.
