Job summary

Connect Group sucht eine/n HR Business Partner (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Frankfurter Standorts in einem internationalen Umfeld. Sie betreuen Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende über den gesamten Lebenszyklus, begleiten HR-Prozesse und arbeiten eng mit Payroll-Providern zusammen.

Sie verfügen über 3–5 Jahre HRBP/HR-Generalist-Erfahrung, exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts. Eine strukturierte, diskrete Arbeitsweise rundet Ihr Profil ab.

Qualifications

• 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in HRBP oder HR-Generalist.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts.
• Erfahrung Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden über den kompletten Lebenszyklus.
• Erfahrung in internationalem/multikulturellem Umfeld.
• Starke Administration und HRIS-Erfahrung.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Payroll und Benefits.
• Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• Vertrauenswürdiger HR-Partner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende.
• Alltägliche Beratung zu Personalangelegenheiten, Richtlinien, Performance und Mitarbeitenden.
• Gesamtbetreuung des Mitarbeitenden-Lifecycles inkl. Onboarding, Beförderungen, Transfers, Offboarding.
• Sicherstellen der Rechtskonformität von HR-Prozessen und -Dokumentation.
• Unterstützung bei Gehaltsabrechnung und Benefits-Administration.
• Pflege akkurater Mitarbeiterdaten im HRIS.
• Unterstützung bei Rekrutierung in Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern und externen Partnern.

We are working with a growing international organisation looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team in Frankfurt.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle and partnering closely with managers and employees in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the organisation.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations, HR policies, performance and people matters.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers and offboarding.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with German and wider European employment legislation.
• Support payroll and benefits administration, working closely with internal and external payroll providers.
• Maintain accurate employee data and records within the HRIS.
• Support recruitment activities and work closely with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• 3–5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of German employment legislation and HR practices.
• Experience supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
• Previous experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
• Strong HR administration and HRIS experience.
• Good understanding of payroll and benefits processes.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Fluent German and English – both written and spoken.
• A high level of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.
