Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to align communication methods to target audiences
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality
• Organized, strong attention to detail, and self-motivated
• Strong initiative, interpersonal skills, and work ethic
• Basic knowledge of Human Resources functions
• Collaborative skills and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment

• Currently enrolled in an HR, Business, or related four-year degree program
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently
• Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC laws
