Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a rising junior or senior student for a Talent Growth & Inclusion role in Germany. You will contribute to onboarding, support enterprise-level Talent Management initiatives, and collaborate with People Partners and SMEs.

You will turn vague problems into plans and craft actionable materials with data, AI, and presentations. You will also develop frameworks, decks, and tools, and report learnings to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or a graduate degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong interest in talent development, career growth, performance, learning programs, leadership development, organizational effectiveness or change management.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly in writing.
• Comfortable working with data, templates, and structured frameworks — and comfortable when none exist yet.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to track tasks, feedback, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Fluent with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and AI-enabled tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Nice to have: prior internship, project, or coursework related to HR, learning programs, data analysis, or change initiatives.

• Participate in onboarding with the UR team
• Own a meaningful piece of an enterprise-level Talent Management project spanning career development, performance, learning, inclusion, or leadership development
• Work directly with the Talent Growth & Inclusion team, People Partners, and subject matter experts
• Take a loosely defined problem and turn it into a clear plan
• Research, synthesize, and structure complex information into actionable materials
• Build presentation-ready deliverables such as documents, frameworks, decks, or tools
• Communicate proactively by flagging blockers, surfacing learnings, and reporting changes in thinking
• Present work and recommendations to the team and People & Culture stakeholders
• Apply AI to support research, idea development, logic checking, and personalized or scalable career, learning, and performance experiences

Requirements

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree, or a graduate student, at an accredited college or university — studying Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong interest in talent development, career growth, performance, learning programs, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or change management
• Demonstrated ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly in writing
• Comfortable working with data, templates, and structured frameworks — and comfortable when none exist yet
