Tasks
  • Handle day-to-day HR administration and office operation for the Germany branch and regional support team including employee lifecycle management (onboarding contract changes offboarding).
  • Prepare review and manage employment contracts amendments certificates and HR documentation in compliance with German labor law.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR and administrative matters for Berlin office.
  • Support payroll preparation by coordinating with external payroll providers and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Manage absences sick leave vacation records and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with German labor law internal HR policies and group standards.
  • Support the Head of Regional HR Europe in regional HR and administration-related projects such as organizational changes process optimization and HR digitalization initiatives.
  • Assist with personnel measures including probation reviews contract terminations and disciplinary processes in coordination with regional HR and legal advisors.
  • Coordinate communication with works councils external advisors and authorities when required.
  • Support recruitment administration including interview coordination documentation and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update HR systems personnel files and internal HR reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Law or a related field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in HR administration or HR operations preferably in an international company.
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with external payroll providers and HR service partners.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Hands-on service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent in German and English languages (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
