Let's connect : If you want to experience how things are done in the Global Human Resources Candidate and Employee Relations team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as an HR Specialist HR Management.

You can look forward to
  • You continuously develop the touchpoints and services along the employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding – to create a positive employee experience
  • You prepare employment contracts and regularly update templates in line with current employment law requirements
  • You organise and facilitate internal HR events
  • You process requests such as parental leave, transfers and terminations and issue the relevant certificates
  • You draft employment references using Haufe Zeugnis Manager
  • You maintain our HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) and generate reports
  • You analyse existing HR processes, develop ideas for optimisation and digitalisation and implement them together with the team
You come equipped with
  • A completed degree (e.g. Human Resource Management, Business Law, Business Administration with a focus on HR) or a completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. HR Services Clerk) with relevant professional experience
  • Initial practical experience in HR administration, HR management or HR services
  • Confident use of MS Office, knowledge of HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM is an advantage
  • Language skills : German at C2 level and English at least B2 level – you enjoy communication, including in an international environment
  • Ability to create at least simple prompts for AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT and a responsible approach to sensitive and confidential data
  • Service orientation, pragmatism, attention to detail and enthusiasm for efficient processes and teamwork
