Job summary

Advantest Corporation in Germany seeks a fixed-term HR Specialist to partner with managers and employees across Europe on a wide range of people-related topics and organizational initiatives.

You will coordinate international mobility activities, contribute to workforce planning and HR processes, collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, Works Councils, Talent Acquisition, and external partners to deliver compliant HR solutions, and drive regional HR projects including Workday-related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Min. 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in international and multicultural organizations across Europe.
• Understanding of HR, Payroll, Legal interactions.
• Fluent English and German.

Job description

The position is a fixed-term contract for two years.

• Partner with managers and employees across Europe on a wide range of people-related topics and organizational initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage international mobility activities, including cross-border transfers, relocations, assignments, immigration, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to organizational changes, workforce planning, talent processes, employee relations matters, and other strategic and operational HR initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Works Councils, and external partners to develop and deliver effective, compliant HR solutions.
• Drive and participate in regional and global HR projects, including HR transformation, Workday-related activities, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural organization, ideally across more than one European country.
• Good understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and the interaction between HR, Payroll, Legal, and external providers.
• Fluent English and German skills.
