Advantest, Böblingen, is seeking an HR professional for a two-year fixed-term contract to coordinate mobility across Europe and drive regional HR projects. You will partner with HRBPs, Legal, and Works Councils to implement compliant, scalable HR solutions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in HR or related field, at least 2 years’ experience in international HR, and fluency in English and German. Comprehensive benefits and a competitive package are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural organization, ideally across more than one European country.
• Good understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and the interaction between HR, Payroll, Legal, and external providers.
• Fluent English and German skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with managers and employees across Europe on a wide range of people-related topics and organizational initiatives.

• Contribute to organizational changes, workforce planning, talent processes, employee relations matters, and other strategic and operational HR initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Works Councils, and external partners to develop and deliver effective, compliant HR solutions.
• Drive and participate in regional and global HR projects, including HR transformation, Workday-related activities, and continuous process improvement.
• Contribute to the development of consistent, scalable HR processes, policies, and practices across the European region.
