J&T Express Germany GmbH is seeking an HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to own key HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz). You will ensure accurate HR data, support international employees with visa and work authorization, and help improve HR Operations processes and systems.

Responsibilities include expat lifecycle management, visa coordination, onboarding/offboarding support, and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in HR Operations and HR Administration.
• Experience with Expat Management, Global Mobility, or immigration processes is a strong advantage.
• Business-fluent German is mandatory; good English skills are a plus.

About J&T Express

To strengthen our HR team in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz), we are looking for an HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d).

In this role, you will take ownership of key HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle. You will ensure accurate HR data and documentation, support international employees with visa and work authorization processes, and help us continuously improve our HR Operations processes and systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Take ownership of Expat Lifecycle Management and act as a key HR contact for international employees
• Coordinate visa, immigration, residence permit, and work authorization processes
• Support the onboarding, integration, and offboarding/repatriation of expats
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other personnel documents
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in our HR systems
• Collaborate closely with Recruiting, HR Business Partners, Payroll, authorities, and external service providers
• Support the continuous improvement of HR Operations and Expat Management processes

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field
• Relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a comparable HR function
• Experience in Expat Management, Global Mobility, or immigration processes is a strong advantage
• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Confident user of Microsoft Office; HR system experience is an advantage
• Business-fluent German is mandatory
• Good English skills are an advantage
