Join J&T Express as an Organization & Talent Development Specialist at our location in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz) and help shape the development of our organization, leaders, and talent in Germany. In this role, you will combine Organizational Development and Talent Development - building scalable structures, developing leadership capabilities, supporting talent and succession initiatives, and strengthening collaboration across our international organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the design and continuous development of organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working as our German organization continues to grow
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify organizational challenges, capability gaps, and development needs
• Support organizational design, change management, and transformation initiatives across different business functions
• Develop scalable Organization & Talent Development frameworks, processes, and toolsthat improve organizational effectiveness
• Design and implement talent and leadership development programs for different employee and management levels
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential identification, and individual development paths
• Design and facilitate practical leadership trainings and workshops covering people management, performance conversations, feedback, conflict management, communication, and other identified business needs
• Strengthen cross-cultural collaboration between Chinese, German, and international teams and support managers in navigating different working, communication, and leadership styles
• Build and continuously develop a structured learning and development framework while coordinating relevant external training providers
• Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational, talent, and learning initiatives and continuously improve development programs and processes

Your Profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
• At least 3-4 years of professional experience in Organizational Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, or a comparable HR function
• Practical experience in organizational development as well as talent, leadership, or employee development
• Experience designing and delivering trainings, workshops, or development initiatives
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ownership and motivation to build structures and processes from the ground up
• Business fluent Mandarin and English are absolute must-have requirements for this position; German proficiency is considered an advantage
