J&T Express Germany GmbH is seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Specialist – Mandarin Speaking (m/f/d) to take ownership of core HR operations across Germany, including recruitment, onboarding and employee administration.

You will manage attendance, HR reporting and employee support while helping to build, standardize and further develop HR processes in Germany. Fluent Mandarin, strong English and German (B2+) are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of hands-on HR experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or an HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and German HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee administration and attendance/time management.
• Fluent Mandarin; strong English and German (B2+) are required.

• Improve and standardize HR processes as our German organization grows.
• Support communication between Mandarin-, German- and English-speaking stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills
