Your profile
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally with a focus on HR management and/or digitalization
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HR administration, preferably with Personio and possibly other HR tools
- A strong affinity for digital tools and the motivation to advance process digitalization in HR Operations
- Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
- You speak fluent German, complemented by very good English skills
- You work independently and meticulously and have a strong eye for detail
- You have a professional, friendly demeanor and a confident communication style
- You’re a team player, engaged, motivated, eager to take responsibility, and able to sense when a pragmatic approach is needed

HR OPERATIONS MANAGER
Starting immediately, full-time, permanent, primarily based in our central Munich office

Your mission
- As part of the HR team, you support us in all operational and administrative tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- This includes, among other things, preparing and managing documents and certificates related to employment
- You handle all HR-related data and processes using our HR software, Personio, ensuring high data quality
- You keep track of developments in labor and social security law as well as in HR administration, and you incorporate these into our HR work
- You act as a process owner, driving the enhancement and digitalization of our processes and contributing to their scalability
- You serve as a point of contact for our HR Business Partners on HR Operations topics and support them in adapting their processes
- You help our growing company integrate new business units into Personio
