Jobtailor in Germany seeks an experienced People Operations professional to manage payroll, contracts, mobility, compliance, and reporting in a fast-moving, international environment.

You will build scalable People Operations systems, reduce reliance on manual workflows, and partner with external experts while collaborating with other People & Culture teams to support leadership and drive compliant, clear people policies.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8 years hands-on experience in People Operations in an international company.
• Practical experience applying German labour law in an HR environment.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, with Personio preferred.
• Experience managing immigration, visas, relocation and international mobility.
• Experience building processes, SOPs, and HR infrastructure.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills.
• Previous experience in fast-growing startup, ideally in deep tech.
• Fluency in German (C1) and English.
