A leading telecommunications company is looking for a Director of Human Resources for the DACH region. In this role, you will drive HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals, manage HR operations, and promote employee engagement across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Resources and at least 10 years of HR leadership experience, with a strong legal background in German labor law and experience negotiating with works councils. Fluency in German and English is required.

The Director, Human Resources – DACH Region will serve as a trusted HR leader, responsible for shaping and executing Mitel’s people strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with business goals and that employees are supported to reach their full potential.
Working closely with senior leadership and employee representatives, you will help create an inclusive, high-performing culture rooted in trust, accountability, and growth. This position plays a key role in driving engagement, developing talent, and ensuring compliance in a complex and evolving environment.
