Overview

A leading international organisation is strengthening its HR function and is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders and drive people initiatives across its German operations.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the key contact for managers and employees on all HR-related topics.
  • Partner with leadership teams to align people strategy with business goals.
  • Drive organisational development, change management, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Support talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning processes.
  • Advise on performance management, employee relations, and engagement strategies.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and in line with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR projects and best practices.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or comparable role.
  • Strong background in employee relations, organisational development, and change management.
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of German employment law and HR practices.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Location: Cologne (hybrid working model).
