MEININGER Hotel Munich Olympiapark is hiring an Allrounder (f/m/d) to support reception, bar, service and kitchen operations. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, operate the bar, and assist with meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order.

You should bring hotel/hospitality experience, strong German and English communication, and a team-oriented, structured work style. The role is full-time on-site with opportunities to travel for new openings.

Qualifications

• Hotel or hospitality experience required (1–2 years).
• Fluent German and English; other languages a plus.
• Strong service mindset and guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle key cards securely.
• Provide friendly guest support and share local tips and services.
• Open/close bar; maintain cleanliness and F&B presentation.
• Prepare drinks, snacks, and basic dishes; assist breakfast/group meals.
• Maintain order and hygiene across reception, bar, service, and kitchen.

Do you love creating great guest moments and enjoy variety in your daily work? Join us as an Allrounder (f/m/d) and support our team across reception, bar, service, and kitchen at MEININGER Hotel Munich Olympiapark.

YOUR TASKS

• You welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle key cards accurately and securely.
• You provide friendly, solution-oriented guest support and share information about services and local tips.
• You collect guest feedback, contribute to positive reviews, and uphold MEININGER service standards.
• You open, operate, and close the bar while ensuring cleanliness, order, and an attractive F&B presentation.
• You prepare drinks, snacks, simple cold dishes, packed lunches, and support breakfast and group meals.
• You maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order across reception, bar, service, and kitchen areas.
• You manage administrative tasks such as guest registration, accounting procedures, lost & found, and essential operational lists.
• You support stock planning and ordering, follow HACCP and safety guidelines, and work in a resource-efficient way.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed hotel training or bring 1-2 years of experience in the hotel, hospitality, or service industry.
• You are comfortable working with MS Office, online tools, and ideally front office systems such as Sihot, ASSD, or Fidelio.
• You communicate confidently in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• You are an excellent communicator, enjoy hosting, and have a strong service mindset.
• You work independently, stay structured even during busy periods, and can switch quickly between different tasks and departments.
• You thrive in team environments, are resilient, multitask well, and take pride in accuracy, cleanliness, and order.
