The client is a senior citizen who was recently hospitalized for serious lung problems. During her stay, she had to be placed in an induced coma for a time. She is currently in short-term care, recovering from the effects of her hospital stay. She is physically weakened and therefore requires increased support in her daily activities.

For safety, she wears incontinence material (diapers), especially at night or during longer rest periods.

She receives physiotherapy twice a week, aimed at restoring her mobility and strengthening her muscles. These therapeutic measures are very important for her recovery and should continue even after discharge to home care.

The aim of further care is to promote their independence, stabilize their health and avoid re-admission to hospital.
