Your contribution

• As Head of Software Development (m/f/d), you will coordinate, manage and motivate an existing team of software developers, architects and technical experts (m/f/d).
• You will provide key impetus for the company's technical strategy, design the development strategy for the software portfolio and oversee its implementation throughout the entire development life cycle.
• You are responsible for the technical roadmaps and support your team in development decisions with a customer- and business-centred approach.
• You will represent our company effectively at the interface with partners and integrators.
• With your support in technical sales activities and marketing campaigns, you will make a significant contribution to the commercial success of the software products.

What you bring along

• Successfully completed university studies (e.g. computer science, software engineering, medical informatics) or a comparable qualification in the fields of computer science, software development or related areas
• Several years of experience in the field of software development with disciplinary management experience
• Industry knowledge in a highly regulated market (e.g. IT security) is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a talent for utilising networks for your success
• Business fluent German and very good English skills
