We are looking for a Head of Sales – Treasury Solutions to build and lead our go‑to‑market efforts in Germany. You will develop a high‑performing sales team from scratch and drive adoption among SMEs and corporate finance decision‑makers.
Build and lead the Treasury Solutions sales team — recruiting, onboarding and coaching from day one.
Develop and execute sales strategies for Interest Accounts and the Business Depot, aligned with company goals.
Identify key customer segments and deliver compelling value propositions for liquidity and yield optimisation.
Collaborate with Product, Risk and Marketing to shape local initiatives and refine positioning.
Build strong relationships with partners, advisors and key regional stakeholders.
Drive a performance‑focused culture with clear KPIs, forecasting and continuous improvement.
Report market insights, performance and opportunities to internal leadership.
Represent Vivid at industry events, conferences and client meetings.
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in treasury, investment products, or corporate banking.
Experience in investment firms, asset managers, or leading German banks is a strong plus.
Proven success in building and scaling sales teams in the German market.
Confident selling to CFOs, finance leads, and C‑level stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Fluent in German and English.
