Responsibilities

• Management and organization of the production and filling of chemical products
• Management and development of the production team
• Ensuring delivery capability
• Ensuring quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection
• Planning and optimization of production processes
• Establishment and support of contract manufacturing processes, including customer contact
• Documentation and continuous process improvement

Qualifications

• Completed technical training (e.g. chemical egineer, technician, technical specialist) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in production, ideally in the chemical industry
• Leadership experience and confident manner
• Knowledge of quality management, occupational safety, and environmental protection
• Organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team
• Fluent German and English
