This is what you bring to the table
- You’ve led people or complex initiatives– whether as a team lead or cross-functional owner.
- You know how to build dashboards and KPI systems– using tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase or HubSpot.
- You’re confident with data governance, CRM systems(ideally HubSpot, Salesforce), and operational tool stacks.i>
- You work well with Product & Tech, align on roadmaps and translate business needs into scalable systems.
- You’re curious about AI– and eager to use it to improve speed, intelligence and operations.
- You think analytically, communicate clearly and enable othersto work confidently with data and process.
These tasks are waiting for you
- Further build Alteos’ operational intelligence layerby developing dashboards, KPI frameworks and data standards across support, claims and partner operations.
- Scale processes with automation and AI, identifying opportunities to improve speed, scalability and business decision-making.
- Drive growth enablement across teams through intelligence and transformation, training stakeholders on tools, data literacy and performance management.
- Ensure data quality and visibility, implementing governance controls and real-time reporting across CRM and operational systems.
- Act as a strategic partner to the COO, collaborating closely with Product & Tech on automation, integrations and roadmap alignment.
- Establish feedback loopsthat turn operational and customer insights into improvements across Product, Marketing and Service.
