Responsibilities
  • Lead the Global controlling team, overseeing global coordination of budget planning, month-end closing, and forecasting activities across HPM.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team culture, while also representing the HPM CFO in key meetings as required.
  • Responsibility for ESG Reporting for HPM.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and sparring partner to business line leadership and site management, providing financial insights and guidance.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the corporate finance departments of the holding company.
  • Own and manage the Business Review Meeting process, ensuring effective preparation, execution, and follow-up.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives focused on enhancing systems, tools, and processes, with a strong emphasis on digitalization and automation within global finance operations.
  • Continuously improve KPI reporting in collaboration with business line managers and oversee global precious metals controlling and carbon footprint reporting.
  • Lead the global implementation of preventive audit measures, manage global sales controlling including transfer pricing and licensing topics, and ensure tax compliance in close coordination with the tax department.
  • Analyze major international projects, contracts, and joint ventures, and support the evaluation of M&A transactions in partnership with the M&A team.
Your profile
  • Strong academic foundation with a strategic mindset and solid background in controlling and/or consulting.
  • Skilled in designing and enhancing financial systems and tools.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and convey complex issues to various target groups.
  • Leadership experience or strong potential to lead.
  • Effective collaborator across functions and hierarchies.
  • Excellent PowerPoint Skills, MS Office tools in general and IT Savvy.
