We are looking for someone to start in mid-February 2026 for a new project.

Job Description
  • Overall responsibility for the planning, organization, and control of all kitchen processes
  • Leadership and motivation of the kitchen team
  • Ensuring outstanding food and product presentation
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP standards.
  • Duty roster and vacation planning
Qualifications
  • Experience in an operational management role (e.g., as a kitchen manager) in the hotel, restaurant, or catering industry
  • Training as a chef and several years of professional experience as a chef and/or catering specialist
  • Highest standards of quality and responsibility
  • Ability to work independently
  • Passion and dedication to the profession and attention to detail
  • High level of personal commitment, hands‑on mentality, resilience, and flexibility (shift work)
  • Knowledge of German and English
