Global Product Manager – Flexible Endoscopy

Location : Germany

We are partnering with an established global medical device manufacturer to support the continued growth and innovation of its flexible endoscopy portfolio. This strategic role will be responsible for shaping global product direction, developing market-leading solutions, and supporting cross-regional commercial execution across multiple minimally invasive surgical specialties.

Based in Germany, the Global Product Manager will work closely with R&D, clinical, marketing, and regional commercial teams to ensure the successful development, launch, and lifecycle management of a diverse endoscopy product range. You will help define clinical and customer needs, build the global positioning strategy, and enable sales teams worldwide to drive adoption and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global strategy, positioning, and lifecycle management for the flexible endoscopy portfolio
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and customer research to inform product direction
  • Partner with R&D and clinical teams to translate customer needs into product requirements and development plans
  • Support global product launches with messaging, training materials, and go-to-market strategies
  • Create commercial tools - including presentations, digital assets, and competitive resources - to enable global sales teams
  • Collaborate with regional marketing to drive adoption, pricing recommendations, and portfolio performance
  • Serve as the global subject matter expert for flexible endoscopy technologies and applications
  • Support KOL engagement, congress activities, and global training events
  • Monitor product performance and provide data-driven recommendations for portfolio improvements
  • Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and clinical requirements across all product activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, marketing, life sciences, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of product management or global marketing experience within medical devices; endoscopy strongly preferred
  • Proven experience supporting product development, clinical evaluations, and global launches
  • Strong technical understanding of flexible endoscopes, visualization systems, and MIS workflows
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Based in Germany with willingness for international travel (20–40%)
  • Experience engaging clinicians, KOLs, and global commercial teams is a strong advantage
