Compensation
  • Monthly Gross Salary: competitve

  • Monthly KPI Bonus: 700 (performance-based)

Role Overview

We are looking for a German-Speaking Technical Business Developer to join our on-site team in Berlin. The role focuses on technical sales and business development requiring strong communication skills and experience working with technical solutions.

Key Requirements (Mandatory)
  • German: C2 level (native or near-native)

  • English: Minimum B2 level

  • Experience: Proven technical sales experience (mandatory)

  • Ability to work on-site in Berlin

Erwerbstätigkeit must be explicitly allowed

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Already living in Berlin
  • Strong background in technical or IT-related sales
  • Comfortable working in a structured on-site corporate environment
  • Long-term availability and stable work authorization in Germany
Candidate Location & Relocation Policy (Important)
  • Strong preference for candidates already based in Berlin

  • Relocation candidates may be considered but:

    • They may enter the process later

    • They may be rejected at final stages even after successful interviews

  • Relocation is assessed strictly case by case

Relocation Support
  • Up to 1500 for candidates relocating from outside Germany

  • Up to 700 for candidates relocating within Germany

  • Minimum distance requirement: 100 km from Berlin
