  • €700 KPI bonus per month

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Job Description:

We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Business Developer to drive B2B growth through consultative, technology-focused sales. This role sits at the intersection of business development and technical sales, requiring strong commercial awareness and the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new B2B opportunities

  • Managing client relationships and supporting long-term growth

  • Presenting and positioning technical solutions to decision-makers

  • Understanding customer business needs and proposing tailored solutions

  • Working closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical sales background who want to grow within an enterprise environment.

Requirements (Mandatory):
  • German language: C2 / Native level

  • English language: B2 level

  • Proven experience in TECH / Technical B2B Sales

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Priority will be given to candidates already based in Berlin

  • Relocation may be considered, but on a case-by-case basis only
