100Hires, Inc. is seeking German-speaking customer support professionals to join an international team in the travel and hospitality sector in Greece.

You will assist German-speaking customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries, using phone, email and chat to deliver friendly, professional service. Eligible candidates can relocate to Greece with relocation support and initial training; after training there is the possibility to work remotely from within Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2) required.
• Good command of English (B2+).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with empathy and problem-solving mindset.
