Jobtailor in Hamburg is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to win back existing customers and conduct telephone interviews with current and prospective clients.

You will manage customer complaints, participate in internal projects, and complete a 4-8 week onboarding and training on-site at the client's premises, after which a hybrid or home-based work arrangement is available.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated commitment during the 4-8-week onboarding and training period on-site at the client's premises
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people
• Very good German language skills at a minimum B2 level
