Gorgeous Smiling Hotels GmbH in Munich invites applications for a Front Office Agent (m/f/d). You will check in and out international guests, answer questions and handle reservations and inquiries, while coordinating with housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally completed training in the hotel industry and/or initial experience at reception.
• Enjoy working with guests and colleagues of different nationalities.
• You are self-confident and keep a cool head even under stress.
• Reliability, a sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
• An independent and solution-oriented way of working.
• Very good knowledge of German and English - any other language is an advantage.
