Zusammenfassung

Gorgeous Smiling Hotels GmbH sucht eine/n Front Office Agent (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Empfangsteams. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Check-in/out internationaler Gäste, Beantwortung von Fragen und Anliegen sowie die Bearbeitung von Reservierungen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Housekeeping und anderen Abteilungen zusammen und sichern einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Sie bringen idealerweise eine Ausbildung im Hotelbereich mit oder erste Erfahrungen am Empfang, arbeiten gern mit Gästen unterschiedlicher

Qualifikationen

• Ideally completed training in the hotel industry and/or initial experience at reception.
• Enjoy working with guests and colleagues of different nationalities.
• You are self-confident and keep a cool head even under stress.
• Reliability, a sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
• An independent and solution-oriented way of working.
• Very good knowledge of German and English - any other language is an advantage.
