Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing IT company, is seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager (French Speaker) to help expand its presence in French-speaking markets and grow key accounts.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities in Francophone regions France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers at the executive level
  • Develop and execute growth strategies, including market research and competitive analysis
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches in both French and English
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients and partners
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, and customer success teams to align offerings with client needs
  • Track and report on KPIs, sales forecasts, pipeline status, and revenue targets
Your Profile
  • Native or fluent French; excellent English skills; German is a big plus
  • Proven experience in business development / sales in the IT or software sector
  • Demonstrated success in opening up or growing markets or clients in French-speaking regions
