Overview

Fraud Management Lead (m,f,d)

Location : Düsseldorf

Role purpose :

  • Perform the allocated activities to implement the VOIS Corporate Security strategy and framework related to Fraud Management across VOIS Western Europe locations.
  • Implement the defined activities to identify fraud risks, to propose measures to mitigate the internal fraud risk and to ensure full compliance with VOIS Fraud Management policy and requirements.
  • Contribute to enhance the Fraud Management program, provide advice, and support management to improve the level of internal controls to mitigate the fraud risks across VOIS Western Europe locations.
  • Develop and implement the Fraud Management Awareness program and associated activities to raise the level of fraud awareness within VOIS Western Europe locations and globally.

What you will do

  • Implement the Fraud Management strategy and defined activities within VOIS Western Europe locations and make sure the allocated specific Fraud Management initiatives are implemented as per the agreed timelines and team activity calendar.
  • Guide the local stakeholders and centres’ management to acquire proper support and to ensure local implementation of the Fraud Management framework.
  • Perform recurrent Fraud risk assessment activities as defined as per team’s strategy and business objectives: assess the VOIS Western Europe processes, identify fraud risks and their related controls and evaluate / propose additional controls to mitigate the fraud risk.
  • Support and perform proper follow up actions to ensure the related VOIS Western Europe teams will implement the agreed controls to mitigate the fraud risks identified during the Fraud Risk Assessment activity.
  • Perform fraud risk assessment activities for all transitions to VOIS Western Europe locations.
  • Analysis of the VOIS fraud incidents, identify fraud trends and related risks and propose specific strategies to limit their impact and reduce their loss for VOIS Western Europe locations.
  • Coordinate the allocated VOIS Fraud Management initiatives and any tool implementations in the VOIS Western Europe locations.
  • Implement the related team initiatives allocated and coordinate for global implementation.
  • Propose fraud prevention measures / controls / initiatives to management to further enhance the control environment and mitigate fraud risk.
  • Implement the Fraud awareness program in all VOIS Western Europe locations: conduct specific activities to raise the fraud awareness for VOIS allocated locations, deliver fraud awareness trainings / workshops for employees, provide fraud awareness content and articles and implement any other specific management awareness initiatives as required.
  • Provide inputs to enhance the global Fraud Management Awareness program within VOIS.
  • Identify best practices in Fraud management area (both internally and externally) and propose initiatives to management to enhance the Fraud Management program for VOIS Western Europe locations and globally.
  • Collaborate with VOIS internal stakeholders (Investigations Team, Global Fraud Vertical, Risk & Compliance teams, business teams, Internal audit, Group and Local Markets Fraud teams, VOIS Western Europe management team etc) to support with expertise, identify fraud risks and evaluate for additional mitigation actions and share best practice.
  • Provide management reports and presentations related to Fraud Management topics in VOIS Western Europe locations and globally as per the local and global requirements and related forums.
  • Ensure to provide on time all the necessary data and required support for all related team reporting activities.
  • Key Deliverables include Fraud Risk assessments performed for VOIS Western Europe locations, fraud risks identified and mitigations proposed, timely follow ups, and implementation of Fraud Management projects.

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Coordination skills, results oriented and focus on priorities
  • Ability to deliver under strict deadlines
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking). German language capabilities is a plus
  • Experience in working in international environment
