Clera is seeking a Founder's Associate to join the AI-focused product team in Berlin. You will work directly with the CTO on product strategy, customer insights, and hiring, shaping a voice AI product by aligning customer needs with market opportunities and emerging AI techniques.

You'll analyze customer data, conduct interviews, research competitors, test AI models and prompting approaches, triage feedback for engineering, and help evaluate engineering candidates.

Formación

• Technical background with hands-on product experience.
• Experience in AI or voice AI systems or testing AI models.
• Experience conducting customer interviews and using data to guide decisions.
• Experience with competitive research and engineering hiring or evaluation.
• Experience in fast-moving, experimental product environments; B2C experience is relevant.

About the Role: Join a growing B2B AI company as a Founder's Associate, working directly with the CTO on product strategy, customer insights, and hiring. You will help shape a voice AI product by connecting customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging AI techniques.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify high-impact problems and inform product priorities.
• Conduct customer interviews to understand users' needs and pain points.
• Research market opportunities and competitors to support product strategy.
• Test and evaluate AI models, prompting techniques, and voice AI approaches.
• Triage product feedback and assess which issues merit engineering effort.
• Support the CTO with recruiting and evaluating engineering candidates.

What We're Looking For

• A technical background and hands-on experience building or shipping products.
• Experience working on AI or voice AI systems, or testing and evaluating AI models and prompting techniques.
• Experience conducting customer interviews and using customer data and feedback to guide product decisions.
• Experience with competitive research and analysis, and participation in engineering hiring or technical evaluation.
• Experience in a fast-moving, experimental product or engineering environment; B2C product experience is relevant.
• Strong written and verbal communication, structured problem-solving, ownership, product judgment, and commercial instincts.
• Familiarity with current AI developments and openness to direct, candid feedback.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Full-time, on-site in Berlin, Germany.

Permanent employment (Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag) 6-month probation period 40 hours/week 24 days of annual leave.
