Currently we are an open position : Finance Coordinator (m / w / d)

Tasks
  • Financial software management for example DATEV SAP and Lexware
  • Budget (monthly quarterly and annual) planning implementation and expenses monitoring.
  • Distributor Bonus calculation and banking transfer for Germany Branch and Region.
  • Close cooperation with CPA regarding external accounting tasks and support the state Tax Inspectorate
  • Responsible for sorting out VAT issues and communicating with tax accountants on financial issues.
  • All payments preparation in the bank and management all accounts of the company.
  • All received invoices verification and registration.
  • Business trips vacations and preparation of commandments concerning
  • Support the customer service team and carry out other tasks of the CM or the region.
Requirements
  • 2 years of professional experience in the field of financial accounting and bookkeeping
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented and independent approach strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English both spoken and written with an additional proficiency in Chinese as a plus.
