A leading global consulting firm is looking for a Consultant to join their Career Consulting team. This role will allow you to work flexibly within Europe while focusing on pay transparency, pay equity, and DEI-related initiatives. You will support clients by analyzing complex data, preparing workshops, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions. Ideal candidates will possess proven compensation consulting experience and strong project management skills, along with expertise in relevant legislation and data analysis tools.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Consultant to join our Career Consulting team. This role offers flexibility to be based anywhere in Europe, supporting a hybrid working environment. You will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate the evolving landscape of pay transparency, pay equity, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
