J&T Express Germany GmbH seeks a Facility Manager (m/w/d) to oversee the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of our Nieder-Olm warehouse. You will manage building infrastructure and coordinate external service providers to support smooth daily operations.

You will work closely with local Operations, landlords, and international stakeholders across the J&T network, ensuring proper facility documentation and continuous process improvement.

Qualificações

• Completed training or degree in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Construction, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and business fluent in English or German.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day facility operations of our warehouse and operational site.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building infrastructure and technical systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire safety, CCTV, access control, loading doors).
• Coordinate annual inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Manage external service providers (electricians, HVAC, cleaning, security, contractors).
• Coordinate warehouse renovation, modification, and facility improvement projects.
• Serve as a key contact for landlords, property management, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and ensure proper facility documentation and continuous process improvement.

Join J&T Express as a Facility Manager (m/w/d) and take responsibility for the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of our warehouse facility in Nieder-Olm.

You will oversee the day-to-day management of our building and technical infrastructure, coordinate external service providers, and support facility-related maintenance and modification projects. You will work closely with our local Operations team as well as landlords, property management companies, contractors, and international stakeholders across the J&T network.

The role is based in Nieder-Olm, Rhineland-Palatinate.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day facility operations of our warehouse and operational site
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building infrastructure and technical systems, including HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire safety, CCTV, access control, and loading doors
• Coordinate required annual inspections and preventive maintenance activities
• Manage external service providers, including electricians, HVAC technicians, cleaning companies, security providers, and other contractors
• Coordinate warehouse renovation, modification, and facility improvement projects
• Act as a key contact for landlords, property management companies, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Support communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and ensure proper facility documentation and continuous process improvement

Your Profile

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training, technical qualification, or degree in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Construction, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in Mandarin and business fluent in either English or German
• Previous experience in facility management, building services, warehouse facilities, technical property management, or a comparable role is an advantage
• Good technical understanding of building infrastructure and technical systems
• Experience coordinating external contractors and service providers is an advantage
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
• High level of reliability, ownership, and attention to safety and operational standards
• Interest in working in an international and fast-growing logistics environment
• Applicants must already have valid authorization to reside and work in Germany for this position
