J&T Express Germany GmbH is seeking an experienced Network Planning Manager to support the development and optimization of our logistics and last-mile network in Germany and Europe.

The role focuses on building and continuously optimizing regional last-mile delivery networks, capacity planning, and collaboration with operations, DSPs, subcontractors, and regional management to enable fast, reliable express delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in logistics, transportation, network planning or e-commerce logistics.
• Strong experience in network planning, capacity planning, or logistics operations.
• Experience with DSPs, subcontractors, franchise partners or external delivery partners is desirable.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset and ability to translate operational data into network solutions.

Aufgaben

• Build, develop, and continuously optimize the regional last-mile delivery network.
• Plan and improve the structure of delivery stations, routes, capacities, and operational coverage.
• Develop and manage DSP, subcontractor, and franchise partner structures.
• Analyze shipment volumes, delivery performance, network capacity, and operational requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks, capacity gaps, and opportunities to improve network efficiency.
• Monitor key operational KPIs including delivery performance, capacity utilization, service quality, and cost.
• Coordinate capacity planning according to forecasted shipment volumes and seasonal peaks.
• Work closely with Operations, Last Mile, Transportation, Linehaul, and regional management.
• Support onboarding and operational development of new delivery partners.

As part of our continued expansion in Germany and Europe, we are looking for an experienced Network Planning Manager (m/f/d) to support the development and optimization of our logistics and last-mile network.

Your Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and continuously optimize the regional last-mile delivery network
• Plan and improve the structure of delivery stations, routes, capacities, and operational coverage
• Develop and manage DSP, subcontractor, and franchise partner structures
• Analyze shipment volumes, delivery performance, network capacity, and operational requirements
• Identify bottlenecks, capacity gaps, and opportunities to improve network efficiency
• Monitor key operational KPIs including delivery performance, capacity utilization, service quality, and cost
• Support the setup and expansion of new delivery stations and operational locations
• Coordinate capacity planning according to forecasted shipment volumes and seasonal peaks
• Work closely with Operations, Last Mile, Transportation, Linehaul, and regional management
• Support the onboarding and operational development of new delivery partners
• Monitor partner performance and support continuous performance improvement
• Develop scalable network solutions to support the rapid growth of J&T Express in Germany
• Prepare analyses, reports, and recommendations for regional and European management
• Act as an interface between local operations and international/HQ teams
• Support strategic and operational projects related to network expansion and optimization

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in logistics, transportation, network planning, last mile, parcel delivery, or e-commerce logistics
• Strong experience in network planning, capacity planning, or logistics operations
• Experience working with DSPs, subcontractors, franchise partners, or external delivery partners is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery structures, delivery stations, routing, and operational capacity
• Experience in parcel or express logistics is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Ability to translate operational data into practical network solutions
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong ownership and the ability to operate successfully in a fast-growing environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• German language skills are strongly preferred
• Chinese language skills are an advantage
