That's The Job

• You will provide technical support for the versatile Flexoptix campus with 8 buildings and various technical systems (including ventilation, water treatment, heating systems, heat pump, sewage treatment plant, photovoltaic system and drinking water wells) of the technical systems on the Flexoptix campus
• Carrying out safety inspections and identifying technical defects
• Coordinating and managing external service providers for construction and repair work
• Property inspections for troubleshooting and repairs
• Carrying out minor repair work and acting as a point of contact for tenants in the case of technical problems

That's You

• Completed training in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology (SHK) or heating, ventilation and sanitary technology (HLS) or comparable technical training (trainee/master/technician)
• Professional experience in property management, facility management, building management or real estate
• As an all-round craftsman, you will find the right solution for all requirements together with craftsmen, service providers and colleagues
• Experience in dealing with building technology, especially in the field of SHK/HLS
• Willingness to take responsibility for smaller projects and work independently
• Good PC skills (MS Office) and a good command of written and spoken German and English
