To strengthen our team in our Economics, Competitiveness and Partnerships (ECP) Department, we are looking for an Expert Recruiter (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt am Main) or working remotely.

As an Expert Recruiter, you are the first point of contact for our most important project staff—our experts on site. You manage the full recruitment cycle holistically and build long-lasting relationships, expanding our network of experts.

Your responsibilities & tasks

1. Develop strategies to identify, recruit, and retain experts early on, utilizing various sourcing channels.
2. Analyze, proofread, and edit resumes for content, language, and market potential.
3. Identify and actively approach top experts through diverse sourcing channels and social media skills.
4. Explain project details and GOPA's work to potential experts and secure their interest.
5. Negotiate fees and contracts with candidates.
6. Coordinate with our experts and compile necessary documentation, demonstrating linguistic and analytical skills.
7. Build trust and maintain contact with potential experts, developing a strong network.
8. Advise colleagues in Project Management on recruitment strategies and selection processes.

Your profile

• Enjoy working and interacting with people in an international environment.
• Have a good understanding of the applicant market and empathy for target groups.
• Hold an academic degree in social or business sciences (with a focus on Human Resources) or relevant studies, or have equivalent vocational training.
• Have experience in international recruitment business.
• Possess excellent oral and written English skills, with very good command of French and Spanish.
• Have a strong sense of language.
• Are familiar with current recruiting trends and eager to contribute ideas for innovative recruitment approaches.
• Are experienced with online and social media recruiting and proactive candidate sourcing.
