Your Impact
  • Advance our Social Due Diligence strategy by analyzing global policy impacts, supporting ESG reporting, and advising business units.
  • Drive HR risk management by developing internal control systems and shaping policies like the DHL Code of Conduct.
  • Support global reporting and transparency through KPI development, data analysis, and stakeholder documentation.
  • Enable change by coordinating training, communication strategies, and external service providers.
  • Influence decision-making by preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Your Profile
Professional Qualifications
  • University degree in economics, business, law, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in HR, compliance, audit, ESG, or consulting
  • Strong project management and policy development skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI / Power Apps knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is an advantage
