A prestigious leadership advisory firm is seeking a Director to manage strategic leadership advisory projects in the tech sector. This role involves leading client workshops, conducting senior stakeholder interviews, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate has 5–25 years of experience from management consulting or a tech organization, strong leadership skills, and a relevant master's degree. This position offers exposure to boardroom-level decisions and a clear path to partnership.

You will join a focused team that supports Boards and Chief Executive Officers with critical executive searches in the technology sector. The work includes succession planning at the highest level, leadership assessments, and advising on top-team effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with a highly respected global senior partner from the technology sector from this search firm.
You likely bring 5–25 years of professional experience from one or more of the following backgrounds :
We are looking for candidates with a Master’s degree as a minimum; ideally, this is complemented by a PhD or an MBA.
You will gain unique, boardroom-level exposure early on, work side by side with senior partners around the world and shape the leadership agendas of leading companies.
