Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data migration processes following SAP Activate methodology (ETLV – extraction, transformation, loading, validation).
• Deliver high-quality data migration and master data solutions across ECC and S / 4HANA environments.
• Lead and facilitate client workshops to define data cleansing and migration requirements.
• Create and maintain field catalogues (UDMs) , mapping documents, and validation reports.
• Provide first-level support and customizing within S / 4HANA, including adjustments to master data fields and error resolution (IDocs, replication).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, business users, and Scrum Masters) to ensure successful delivery of data projects.
• Ensure data quality, business continuity , and compliance throughout migration cycles.

Experience & Skills

• 10–15+ years of SAP experience, with a strong focus on Master Data and Data Migration .
• Hands-on experience in SAP S / 4HANA transformations (greenfield, brownfield).
• Deep understanding of Business Partner, Material Master, and Financial Master Data (AR / AP / GL) .
• Strong project management experience, ideally within M&A or carve-out projects .
• Proficiency with SAP Migration Cockpit , LSMW , and MDG principles .
• Experience with Jira and Microsoft Office Suite .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• German – Native or Fluent (C1+)
• English – Professional proficiency
