About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on ERP Support Specialist (m / f / d) to join our team. The role involves providing first and second-level support across multiple ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and D365.

Your main responsibilities will include monitoring, analyzing, and resolving technical support issues, primarily related to batch processes and system notifications managed via our shared inbox in Front. This position is ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys structured support work and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle technical support requests and incidents across AX 2009 and D365.
  • Monitor and respond to batch job errors and alerts via the Front app, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
  • Proactively check measurement data for interfaces and services.
  • Investigate root causes related to functionality or configuration issues with internal teams or external partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure reliable data flows and integrations.
  • Perform validation tests on business processes after fixes are implemented.
  • Maintain clear status tracking of open issues and coordinate progress with responsible teams.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ERP support, technical operations, or system administration.
  • General understanding or hands-on experience with ERP systems (any platform).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on system reliability.
  • Familiarity with message queues, JSON, and XML for analyzing data exchanges and errors.
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
