The ECM team based in Munich covers Corporate clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. What you'll be doing

• Origination and Execution of equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, primary and secondary ABBs as well as equity-linked transactions
• Project management of ECM transactions, leading the various internal and external execution work streams, including legal documentation and due diligence
• Working in close cooperation with other teams, e.g. syndicate, advisory, financing as well as client coverage
• Participation in origination and execution client meetings, as well as preparation of the relevant marketing and project management materials

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., Bankfachwirt) with strong academic performance
• Ideally 5–10 years of professional experience in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) or related areas of investment banking
• Applies deep product knowledge to solve complex problems and coordinate projects beyond own area of expertise; shares expertise with junior colleagues and other departments
• Dynamic, highly self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
